An Earth Day Exhibition that ROCKED

Over 70 ‘EarthRocks’ created by artists of all ages and levels. Rocks and keepsake magnets were sold for a donation at the gallery. All proceeds were donated to Rob Greenfield’s nonprofit Happy Healthy and Free to promote future activist projects for a sustainable earth. After the show, remaining rocks were placed in community gardens and parks across the country by the "Green Riders" and other green advocates in honor of Earth Day.

The Green Riders

Meet the Green Riders. 48 people from around the world doing good deeds on bikes across the USA, from New York to Seattle. They’ve planted 90 fruit trees, thousands of wildflower and vegetable seeds, cleaned up over 20,000 pieces of trash, and rescued 5,000 pounds of food from dumpsters. Together they have cycled 87,000 miles. That’s 3.5 times around the world! Leaving each community a slightly better place. None of us can change the whole world, but the Green Riders are proof that a small group can make a big difference through little actions.

Thank you for spreading our EarthRocks around the country!

Thank you so, so, SO much! That’s super helpful. It’s the most anyone has ever raised for my nonprofit and the first time anyone has had a benefit that went to my nonprofit. It really means a lot to me. The money will go a long way this summer. I am sure of that. – Rob Greenfield
